Product Creative Studio partners with content creators, distributors & creative agencies to define, develop, & socialize creative strategy with multiple Netflix stakeholder teams. We create a compelling title-discovery experience through artwork, video, & copy, & this role will work across all these channels. The Producer role within the Operations team of Product Creative Studio is a critical one that connects creative ideation & creative delivery. You will work hand-in-hand with our internal strategists & creatives to help guide the development of ground-breaking creative for seamless launches on a global scale.

Producers are responsible for all aspects of the production process of the creative assets that the Product Creative Studio team develops. They manage production related tasks across all phases of the workflow, from preparation (asset sourcing, resourcing & slate planning, budgeting, setting up timelines & milestones) to production (managing different phases of the creative process, liaising with internal creatives & external agencies) & delivery (overseeing finishing, asset coordination & QC-ing). Producers also play a key role in aligning & collaborating with cross-functional teams & represent the PCS team in discussions around timelines, budgets & deliverables. Being highly organized, efficient, collaborative, partnership-focused, & possessing an eye for detail-management is essential.
Producers spend a substantial amount of their time beyond title-level work; setting up scalable production workflows, driving initiatives around optimizing our spend, working with Creative Planning & Resource Managers on developing our roster of agencies & freelancers, implementing new workflows in the region, operationalizing innovation initiatives & collaborating with Strategists, Creatives & cross-functional teams on making our processes better.
