The ultimate source for official answers about a business online should be the business itself. However, when consumers ask questions on company websites, too often they are left in the dark with wrong answers. Yext (NYSE: YEXT), the Search Experience Cloud, solves this problem by organizing a business's facts so it can provide official answers to consumer questions wherever people search. Starting with the company website, then extending across search engines & voice assistants, businesses around the world, like Taco Bell, Marriott, & Jaguar Land Roveras well as organizations like the U.S. State Departmenttrust Yext to radically improve the search experience on their websites & across the entire search ecosystem.

We are looking for Enterprise Client Success Managers with a strong background in digital. You will be responsible for new client implementation & relationship management as well as ensuring adoption & engagement with the Yext platform. Client Success Managers play an integral role in our business, building strong working relationships with each & every client & driving annual renewals & upsells. This role will work cross-functionally, building relationships with Sales, Business Development & Product Management to accelerate usage & relay client needs.

What You'll Do

  • Establish consultative & positive relationships with clients
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded consistently
  • Drive upsell opportunities into Yexts existing client base
  • Transition new clients into the company seamlessly & create consistent process across all clients
  • Develop standard methodologies & process strategies
  • Understand client business goals & anticipate future needs to deliver efficient solutions
  • Drive planning sessions to ensure client is able to fully utilize Yext to meet their performance & operational efficiency goals
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews & check in points with key clients
  • Phenomenal interpersonal skills & organized project management
  • Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our clients
  • Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction

What You Have

  • BA/BS degree or similar college level education
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital/Technology Account Management
  • Strong client service & relationship skills
  • Highly developed analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data analysis & Excel work
  • Leadership in developing world class client presentations/QBR leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment & meet specific goals
  • Die hard drive to make clients successful

Bonus Points

  • Blend of consulting, search, technological and/or display experience

Experienced in on-boarding clients; implementation & integration experience
