Phreesia is looking for an Executive Assistant to support both the CEO and COO.  This individual will serve as primary contact & liaison for the CEO & COO & work closely with Phreesia's Board of Directors & their Executive Assistants. This role demands excellent written & verbal communication skills as well as a sense of urgency, the ability to work independently on assignments & demonstrate sound judgment. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action & the ability to think proactively & strategically. A high level of integrity & discretion in handling confidential information & professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside & outside the company is imperative.  

 What Youll Do: 

  • Provide exceptional support & coordination to ensure that the CEO and COOs objectives are successfully achieved 
  • Monitor & respond to executive correspondence & inquiries, providing support with the resolution and/or directing them to appropriate resources/personnel 
  • Coordinate sometimes complex travel arrangements & itineraries (once company-wide travel restrictions are lifted) 
  • Develop a systematic method to independently manage multiple calendars by scheduling both internal & external meetings, anticipating needs, changes & rearranging meetings as appropriate 
  • Manage, coordinate & maintain the board meeting calendar   
  • Drive preparation & on-time completion of quarterly board meeting decks, managing follow-ups as needed 
  • Manage communication with Board of Directors & their Executive Assistants as needed 
  • Drive key engagement initiatives & projects that align with Executive team vision & company objectives 
  • Manage & coordinate large internal team meetings and events 
  • Take notes for weekly executive touchpoints and drive action items needed by CEO & COO 
  • Prepare high quality documents & presentations as needed  
  • Ensure all key reports are generated, organized & distributed as required & on time 
  • Assist with onboarding new executives & Board of Directors  
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times 

 What Youll Bring: 

  • Bachelors degree 
  • Proven track record of professionalism with at least 5 years of experience in a high-growth environment supporting C-level professionals 
  • Strong, concise communication skills, poise & professionalism 
  • Excellent writing & note-taking skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, & execute on deliverables, remaining efficient & organized while handling a high volume of work
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment & make sound decisions 
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the company & to know when & how to involve others 
  • Ability to work core office hours with the flexibility to handle ad-hoc requests during off-hours as required 
  • Highly organized with a critical eye for detail
