What Youll Do:
The Post Production Supervisor will be responsible for running the day to day post operations for branded & original content. They will be assigned specific projects & be expected to deliver the projects on time & within budget. This position will work closely with other post supervisors, producers, & account managers. This position will report to the Head of Post Production.
- Manage team of editors, assistant editors, & post production staff
- Directly oversee post production process & workflow for original & branded projects
- Oversee cut deliveries for internal, legal, & client reviews
- Work with production & accounts teams to set project timelines & budgets
- Update & maintain tracking documents & work management tools
- Maintain daily edit schedules. Source & hire freelancers as needed
- Work with IT department to maintain & troubleshoot post production editing systems
- Oversee post archival process
Who You Are:
- 5+ years experience in post production management
- Proven ability to manage teams
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks & meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- Strong scheduling, multi-tasking & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Cloud Applications & workflows
- Familiar with Broadcast & Digital workflows
- Understanding of frame rates & codecs
- Knowledge of servers & data management
