What Youll Do:

The Post Production Supervisor will be responsible for running the day to day post operations for branded & original content. They will be assigned specific projects & be expected to deliver the projects on time & within budget. This position will work closely with other post supervisors, producers, & account managers. This position will report to the Head of Post Production.

• Manage team of editors, assistant editors, & post production staff
• Directly oversee post production process & workflow for original & branded projects
• Oversee cut deliveries for internal, legal, & client reviews
• Work with production & accounts teams to set project timelines & budgets
• Update & maintain tracking documents & work management tools
• Maintain daily edit schedules. Source & hire freelancers as needed
• Work with IT department to maintain & troubleshoot post production editing systems
• Oversee post archival process

Who You Are:

• 5+ years experience in post production management
• Proven ability to manage teams
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks & meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
• Strong scheduling, multi-tasking & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Adobe Cloud Applications & workflows
• Familiar with Broadcast & Digital workflows
• Understanding of frame rates & codecs
• Knowledge of servers & data management
