About the job:

Join a best in class Partnerships team that sources & delivers partnerships for both business growth & monetisation of assets. This role sits within our Growth team & allows the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a range of disruptive & established brands, outreaching, building, negotiating & closing partner contracts to hit our ambitious growth targets. You will be supported by a Growth Marketing Executive to support the delivery of Partnerships

This role is focused on growth & is fundamentally about creating unique & mutually beneficial partnerships with synonyms brands to drive new customer acquisition for HelloFresh. It will require someone who is commercially driven, has tireless ambition for scoping, hunting & closing new deals & is passionate about growth marketing.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for managing & executing multiple Offline Growth Partnership Channels

  • Delivery of new & existing Partnership deals:
    • Building our Growth Partnerships strategy for 2022 to ensure we continue on our current growth trajectory
    • Responsible for securing ambitious Partnership deals that will deliver on our monthly channel acquisition, retention & ROI targets
    • Building & delivering a UK wide growth partnership per year half that drives reach, tells our brand story & ultimately drives new customer acquisition
    • Creating innovative pitches for brands to deliver mutually beneficial engagements for us & our partners
    • Building individual business cases for fully conceptualized growth deals to get sign off from senior leadership
    • Working closely with our Commercial Partnerships team as well as all Global market Partnership Leads to ensure that no opportunities are missed across our international cluster
    • Continuously building strong relationships with both existing & potential partners ensuring all BAU partners are delivering incremental & effective conversions for the channel
    • Build a testing pipeline to ensure there is diversification & long term growth within the wider Partnerships channel 

Performance Budgeting & Reporting

  • Responsible for channel KPIs:
    • Rigorously analyze post campaign data  to continually improve the CVA of the channel
    • Deliver weekly activity & performance reports for the wider team & senior management
    • Responsible for all channel budgeting. Ensuring that all spend is managed efficiently, reported accurately & regularly reviewed to ensure minimal variance vs budget

Stakeholder Engagement & Management

  • You will be working directly with a growth partnership executive who will be supporting you to execute all negotiations closed
  • You will be managing a team of 2 direct reports who look after our B2B & our Offline Insert channel
  • Ensure clear communication & reporting throughout the business development process to allow collaboration with team members & ensure opportunities for growth are recognised
  • Influence other teams to achieve objectives, gaining hearts & minds, support & commitment for partnership ideas. Able to get internal buy-in & positive engagement from others to ensure delivery post sign-off is feasible. 

Who you are:

  • 3+ years growth marketing experience, with experience in delivering Partnerships
  • Strong data analysis & presentation skills, well versed with Excel, Google Sheets & Slides
  • Commercially aware, with strong data driven, strategic mindset
  • Exceptional communication, presentation & relationship management skills
  • Project management experience with ability to juggle multiple workstreams
  • Proactive, hard-worker with lots of initiative
  • Good written & spoken communication with ability to manage external & internal stakeholders

Level & Progression

A Lead brings specialist skills to one business area, running complex operational tasks & leading projects.

From there, you can progress to a Manager level within the same function, or progress sideways to a role in another team at HelloFresh for which you have transferable skills. 

Start date: ASAP

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London & site visits to The The Granary (Banbury) or Beehive(Nuneaton) (once a week or bi-weekly visits) 

Recruitment process: 

First you will have a phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. Should you be successful, you will be asked to complete a technical test and, depending on the result, you will be invited for two video interviews: one competency, & one culture fit.
