A bit about the role:

Airtime is looking for a  Sr. Product Manager  to help our product team deliver a best-in-class user experience. Responsibilities include developing product strategy, feature prioritization, & product execution to drive user growth & engagement. You will be expected to blend in your data driven understanding of product metrics with qualitative feedback & business goals to come up with a convincing & clear product strategy & roadmap of features & work with cross functional teams to deliver on the roadmap. 

  • Contribute to the overall Airtime product strategy & roadmap with experience in core product, engagement and/or growth
  • Synthesize user research & qualitative feedback from a variety of sources to inform the product roadmap
  • Make micro-optimizations in all product experiences & flows to optimize for user love & product quality
  • Work with UX designers to improve the feel & vibe of the product via User Research & A/B tests
  • Deliver a fun user experience that rates highly in both user love & product finesse
  • Collaborate with development to ensuring our product is fast, fluid, & scalable at all times
  • Plan & lead requirements, project, & relevant competitive reviews with team & executive leadership
  • Work on product deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging established processes, tools, & communications mechanisms within Airtime (Jira, Slack, Mixpanel reports, etc.)
  • Contribute to the design aspects of our product growth & engagement vision, responsible for thinking through some of our toughest feature challenges assisting our members & creators grow their graphs in meaningful ways 
  • Assist in the design of Airtimes core product  growth & engagement strategy that demonstrates a concrete data driven understanding of product metrics with qualitative feedback
  • Design, develop & implement features regarding follow & recommendations model
  • Solid understanding of mobile & web technologies, service operations at scale, & ability to go deep in technical areas
  • Analyze product data  that provides insights on follow model placements, notifications, in-app toasts, people follow lists, & invite flows used by creators & members to inform leadership of product modifications to ensure continued growth & engagement
  • Builds ordered lists of both people & rooms that offer a one-of-a-kind experience of product content that is timely, relevant & engaging 
  • Develop a sticky/robust infrastructure that builds community that rewards creators & users for long-stays on our platform
  • Tracks all defined deliverables from conception through launch

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or related field 
  • 5+ years product management experience (mobile/gaming - core, growth or engagement) 
  • Experienced at growing social communities
  • Strong data analysis skills & demonstrated success mapping product strategy 
  • Experience analyzing product data that provides insights on follow model placements, notifications, in-app toasts, people follow lists, & invite flows used by creators & members to inform leadership of product modifications to ensure continued growth
  • Experience scaling product app growth & engagement (preferably in the social/community/ mobile space targeting Gen Z) 
  • Strong background in making large swings in key metrics  (e.g. daily signups, retention, & engagement (e.g. DAU/MAU)
  • Proficiency in collecting, synthesizing & incorporating user-feedback & mapping it to the overall product vision & roadmap
  • A creative thinker with a critical eye on evaluating product features, architecture, & capabilities
  • Strong project management, leadership, & cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical & non-technical
  • An eye for detail, polish, quality & passionate about User Love & Design
  • Preferred:  Experience working for a mobile/social/gaming company that understands user onboarding/flows.
