We're seeking a Technical Operations Manager to manage & grow our team of Automation Operations Engineers, who oversee & perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs, & instrument swap outs as necessary on automated systems within our high-complexity laboratories. We are also growing the team's responsibilities & are looking for someone with a track record of managing people & of navigating a complex environment while leading a team through its growth. The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for providing leadership for laboratory equipment support. In this role you will manage real time lab support for Ginkgo's Boston & Cambridge sites by supporting equipment maintenance & help requests.
