Were looking for an experienced & driven Director, Corporate FP&A to join our Finance team to grow CarGurus FP&A function & team based in our Cambridge, MA headquarters.

We are specifically looking for Finance leaders who have worked or are currently working in a fast growth public company & have experience with both subscription & transactional business models. The FP&A team drives the financial planning, revenue forecasting, budgeting, & other financial metrics for the company. Come join CarGurus during an outstanding growth period!

What You'll Do:

Drive reporting efficiency in our planning/forecasting system (Workday Adaptive Planning) administrator.

Generate business relevant insights & presentations for leadership teams & board meetings using Adaptive.

Lead a team of analysts to support several functions with financial & operational insights, plans, & forecasts with a high degree of clarity & accuracy.

Manage & consolidate the companys planning & forecasting process for P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow. Identify & implement opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team in support of the month end close process.

Assist in all aspects of the organizations quarterly & annual public filings.

Who You Are:

  • 8-10 years of proven experience, ideally working & managing teams in corporate FP&A.
  • Excellent Excel & Powerpoint skills.
  • An inquisitive approach to status quo, managing with a sense of purpose through ambiguities with a desire to constantly improve.
  • Experience in technology and/or SAAS preferred; Workday Adaptive Planning experience is preferred;, NetSuite, Zuora experience is a plus.
