Warby Parker is on the lookout for a dynamic, sharp-as-a-tack Analyst of Retail & Eyecare Growth. In this role, you will develop & implement strategic programs intended to increase both short- & long-term sales. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Retail & Eyecare Growth with indirect matrix reporting to the Sr. Manager of Workforce Management, you will help drive the evolution of retail & vision services experiences while supporting our labor planning initiatives. What youll do:

  • Execute weekly, monthly, & quarterly reporting & performance analyses for WP retail stores & eye exam business trends
  • Monitor daily performance of core KPIs & identify levers of growth
  • Support Retail & Eye Care Strategy & Workforce Management by developing, improving, & automating reporting around key business drivers
  • Develop ad hoc reporting & analyses for retail & eye care insights to inform senior leadership & cross functional partners
  • Prepare business overview decks for senior leadership & cross functional partners
  • Hindsight & forecast retail & eye care targets to achieve company strategy & goals
  • Independently coordinate projects & manage workload & priorities

 Who you are:

  • Backed by 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical & strategic project management role
  • An optimistic, high-energy problem solver who is comfortable working through uncertainty
  • A lover of data & numbers with a solid understanding of analytical tools, especially Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • A self-starter whos able to manage multiple assignments, take initiative, & work independently
  • An analytical, creative thinker who can focus on the details without losing sight of the big picture
  • A crystal-clear communicator in person & in writing who has experience translating data into strategic recommendations
  • Naturally curious (you often question the status quo with an aim to make better, more informed decisions)
  • Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

 Extra credit:

  • Retail experience in the field & corporate
  • Experience with Looker or a similar data visualization tool
