We are looking for a Ad Operations Analyst to help us flight & manage advertising campaigns on Nextdoor. Day-to-day functions include coordinating campaigns with advertising clients, building & trafficking sponsored posts, & troubleshooting issues/challenges as they surface. If you're great with people, insanely detail-oriented, a creative problem solver, & eager to learn more about advertising (or put your keen knowledge of ad platforms to use!), we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, flight, QA, & manage advertising campaigns on Nextdoor
  • Monitor & solve campaign-related issues
  • Work closely with product management & engineering teams to provide feedback on campaigns & our ad platform
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs & strategies
  • Analyze data using statistical software
  • Convert complex data & findings into understandable tables, graphs, & written reports
  • Prepare reports & present results to clients & management
  • Identify opportunities to implement solutions to improve the efficacy of our team & product
  • Show flexibility & willingness to handle miscellaneous operational tasks & advertiser requests

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in ad operations, account management, project management, or other client-facing operational role
  • 1+ years experience in programmatic buying (knowledge of programmatic including DSP, SSP, & DMP technology)
  • High-level verbal & written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization & time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, & deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving & troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
  • R, Python, or SQL skills a plus
  • Experience trafficking/managing campaigns with a strong knowledge of ad platforms a huge plus
