We are seeking a Wellness Service Technician to join our team at our 530 5th Avenue location in NYC. The Wellness Service Technician will report to the General Manager.

The Wellness Service Technician will provide genuine anticipatory service to clients & participants of Convenes wellness studio. In this position, you will interact with our clients & ensure they have a great experience at Convene. You will work in partnership with the Service team to ensure we are exceeding the expectations of our clients. At all times, the Wellness Service Technician is expected to be attentive to our clients needs & make them feel welcomed, important, & relaxed. We need someone with excellent communication & interpersonal skills, as well as someone highly motivated & ready to work with others. Rate: $21.00/hour

What Youll Do:

• Greet all clients with enthusiasm & friendliness
• Approach all encounters with guests & employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous & service-oriented manner
• Provide world-class service, in accordance with our Brand Standards
• Follow checklists & Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure clients are using equipment & space in a safe manner
• Keep the Welcome Desk, Studio, Locker Room & WorkPlace commons clean/organized
• Set up & breakdown rooms & refresh room supplies as needed
• Assistance with service execution; set-up & breakdown, support during peak periods
• Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, & proper food handling
• Perform cleaning duties including: wiping down tables & chairs, cleaning glasses, washing dishes, polishing glass & silverware, making rollups
• Comply with Convene standards & regulations to encourage healthy, safe & efficient operations in adherence to best practices & requirements from DOH, FDNY, OSHA, CDC & local guidelines, etc. 
• Orchestrate & set-up Surprise & Delights for WP Members and/or Site Tours
• Accommodate special client needs & last minute requests
• Perform opening, mid-shift, & closing duties in accordance with company standards
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Perform facility maintenance
• Manage lost & found
• Building Requests- Cleaning
