Performance Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
 
o   7 + 10 Years of direct enterprise software executive sales experience; particularly experience selling security/SIEM products is highly desirable
o   Knowledge of the territory in particular fortune accounts
o   Proven track record on closing seven figure transactions
o   Proven history of exceeding software sales quotas through strategic selling skills
o   Comfort with an enterprise & transactional sales model
o   Experience & credibility selling at the CxO & senior sales business manager level
o   Ability to build strong & continuous partner relationships
o   Technical acumen but with the ability to relate it with business value
o   High intellect & the capacity to multitask
o   Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
o   Excellent written & verbal communication skills
o   Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint & MS Word
o   High proficiency in sf.com.
o   Excellent qualifying & closing skills
o   Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
