THE POSITION:

The FanDuel team is looking for a Business Operations Manager to assist the Fraud team in monitoring the organizations functions, tracking business results, monitoring KPIs & ensuring that all business processes are in line with strategic goals. This leader will play a key role in the transformational journey of the team & help support the needs of an exciting & high growth business. 

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Ensure alignment on overall strategic goals, standards, objectives & key results
  • Maintain visibility across the leadership team for day-to-day Fraud Operations execution; drive cadence & governance of business updates, enable planning & goal setting & support the communication strategies
  • Create, own & lead daily, weekly & monthly performance reviews with department leaders
  • Compile executive level updates comprised of key updates & team performance on a regular basis
  • Drive consistency in execution of cross functional projects & programs
  • Coordinate & react to performance, accountable for issue identification & resolution in support of organization goals
  • Partner with operational leaders & Workforce Management on staffing models & forecasts
  • Assist in performing cost-benefit analyses
  • Ensure alignment with Finance on operational budgets & future investment needs
  • Assist the Director of Fraud Strategy on communications, design & change management

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Operations Manager role or similar, preferably within the e-commerce, gaming or financial services industry
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience leading the creation of a formal governance program for ongoing performance reviews & execution against goals & key metrics
  • Good working knowledge of operations management
  • Experience with forecasting models
  • Proficient at interpreting complex data & performance metrics along with distilling the findings to actionable insights
  • Proven track record of strong cross functional partnership
  • Exceptional communication & organizational skills
  • Knowledge of fraud & risk operations is a plus
