The candidate will work across multiple different functions. Were specifically looking for candidates who can solve complex problems. The candidate will work on the following:
- Setting up KPIs to ensure were working against measurable goals
- Tracking, reporting & reviewing performance against these KPIs
- Managing & implementing change to streamline processes
- Conducting robust analyses to establish data-led decision making
- Liaise with business intelligence to develop a new analytics function
- Support the execs in preparing for board meetings & all-hands
The role requires strong analytical skills with a track-record of delivering projects with multiple stakeholders:
- 3 - 5 years of consulting / in-house strategy experience
- A driven & flexible self starter who can prioritise a challenging workload
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to manage senior-level stakeholders across multiple teams
- Strong analytical & quantitative skills (excellent Excel skills)
- Willingness to problem-solve & hustle to find solutions (even if unconventional)
