The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will hold three key areas of responsibility: owning Newselas digital experience strategy & optimization; driving paid media strategy & execution; & establishing digital marketing best practices across the company. With the majority of your efforts focused on the first, you will serve as point person for developing & executing on a digital strategy to ensure awareness, consideration, thought leadership, & demand generation objectives are met. You will spearhead the re-launch of our global website, managing internal & external stakeholders, conducting competitive site analysis, & ultimately optimizing performance of the site post-launch. You will also run point on working cross-functionally & with external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all digital properties.

You have a successful track record of launching dynamic, world-class websites targeting multiple audiences (preferably B2B), & may even have launched websites with eCommerce functionality. Your experience working with content management systems & tracking tools has enabled you to build a data-driven process for optimizing website performance (youre a whiz with SEO & demand gen metrics, & can deftly align them to overall business goals). You are an expert in planning & executing digital media campaigns across SEM, paid social, display advertising, retargeting campaigns, etc. You are also able to seamlessly translate business requirements into technical execution, & know which levers to pull to get the job done. You do all of this, while actively seeking input from other teams to ensure collaboration & alignment at every step in the process.
