Warby Parker is on the lookout for a Post-Production Manager to join our Brand Design team. This role will manage both internal & external post-production photo projects all the way to the finish line, including archival & asset management. The Post-Production Manager supports various production & creative tasks, navigating the ins & outs of the production pipeline both departmentally & cross-functionally. This role will be a key player in setting up the Brand Design team for scale & growth. 

What youll do:

  • Manage all retouching projects, from forecasting all retouching needs to disseminating schedules & post-production project status to project management, production, & creative teamsconsistently following up to ensure information & timelines are accurate prior to distributing to cross-functional project partners
  • Create & maintain guideline documents for internal & external partners to ensure brand standards are adhered to while overseeing quality control throughout the retouching process
  • Identify efficiencies to assist creative teams in managing workflow
  • Manage final project file archives (on both our server & our hard drives), ensuring that all archival systems are accurate & up-to-date; plus, coordinate the delivery of any outstanding material & oversee asset management & software tools
  • Manage billing workflow in adherence to budget 
  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment, working to always be proactive & solution-oriented

Who you are:

  • Backed by 5+ years of experience in the post-production/retouching field 
  • Have managed retouchers both internally & externally
  • Experience working with photographers & agents
  • Expertise in the technical understanding of the retouching process, including working knowledge of asset delivery specs
  • Experience with asset management tools & best practices
  • Detail-oriented, great at creating schedules & multitasking with several timelines
  • Possess great interpersonal skills navigating varied creative opinions from multiple vantage points
  • Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

  • Experience working with DAM systems 
  • Any experience as a retoucher :)
