About the team:
As part of the Help Centre team, you'll report to the Senior Manager of the Client Experience Enablement team. The Enablement team's mission is to continuously add value to the client's journey & help them grow their wealth by making better financial decisions.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about client enablement & education. They use their skills to make complex financial topics accessible to the widest possible audience. Someone who won't rely on using jargon & will do whatever they can to translate complex ideas into plain language that everyone can understand.
