About the Job:
In this critical role you will split your time between recruiting coordination (scheduling interviews, administrative support for the recruitment process) & owning full cycle recruitment for high volume hiring of customer experience agents. Your time will be divided based on hiring projections to ensure you have ample time to support various business priorities. This role requires coming into our Brooklyn, NY office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
What Youll Do:
- Support a team of recruiters with recruiting coordination including candidate communication, coordinating interviews, hosting in person interviews (approximately 50% of the role)
- Own full cycle recruitment for our customer experience agents. In general, we are forecasted to hire 10-20 part time agents per month for the rest of the year (50% of the role)
- Become engrossed in the recruitment process, building relationships with the internal team & cross functional stakeholders / hiring managers to build rapport, understand business needs & develop proactive solutions to recruitment needs & challenges
- Prioritize a positive candidate & stakeholder experience, ensuring smooth & consistent communication & business processes
- Gather feedback from CX management, training & HRBPs to continuously improve the CX Agent hiring process to ensure we hire quality agents & meet the needs of the business
- Maintain impeccable records, ensuring documentation of process & communication in our ATS, Greenhouse & project management system Asana
- Stay on top of industry trends, tools, resources & best practices & introduce new solutions that would uplevel our current processes for customer experience hiring & recruiting coordination
About You:
- 1+ years of prior recruitment experience
- Relevant work experience in a startup, ecommerce and/or technology based company
- Astute understanding of high volume recruitment & what makes it unique
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment & demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks & pivot quickly
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication & the ability to effectively partner with various stakeholders throughout the organization
- Must be able to appropriately handle confidential information & use best judgment for sharing information
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Google Suite, Asana & Slack preferred

The anticipated base salary for this position is $60,000-$75,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
