Were looking for an experienced sales & marketing operations analyst, with expertise & demonstrated success in managing sales & marketing operations, & providing data driven insights to the business. The sales & marketing operations analyst will focus on SalesForce administration, leading the reporting & integration efforts across multiple teams at Conversocial. The Sales & Marketing Analyst will be in charge of delivering key insights & reports on demand. Leading day-to-day & ongoing reporting, development, support, maintenance, & infrastructure, using the Force.com platform, HubSpot, & additional marketing & sales automation tools. This position focuses on the engineering, analytical & processes oriented aspects of successfully managing the entire data flow across the commercial group at Conversocial.
Serve as the primary SalesForce.com system administrator.
Administrative tasks include:
- Assigning user profiles
- User access review.
- Updating & maintaining salesforce.com object based on our sales process & maintenance of existing reports & KPI dashboards.
- Generating new & maintaining existing workflows.
- Setting up & configuring salesforce apps
- Gather & evaluate cross-functional requests & needs across sales, marketing, & the executive team, translating these requests into manageable & scalable workflows.
- Support & train SalesForce users across the organization, keeping current with new releases, system advances, & best practices.
- Manage & maintain data quality across multiple report types & data sources.
- Maintain a detailed & thorough understanding of Conversocials Information System infrastructure, including the creation & maintenance of technical documentation.
- Third party apps integration & maintenance with SalesForce.
Business Analytics & Reporting
- Develop, manage & maintain customized dashboards delivering key insights to all relevant stakeholders
- Translate business processes into clear actionable data.
Marketing & Sales automation
- Create Trigger/ Action based automated rules across multiple platforms using Zapier.
- Maintain cross-platform workflows between our Marketing management & CRM platforms (Hubspot, SalesForce)
