Coursera is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Industry Partner Services team. You will enable our industry partners' success on our platform through providing world class professional services including:
Partner account plan development & execution 
product consultation
project management & advice
technical case resolution
partner onboarding
cross-functional enablement

As the authority on the Coursera authoring platform, you will work closely with Business Development, Product, & Engineering to resolve issues, advocate partner needs, & make Coursera the very best place to launch high impact learning experiences.

Job Overview

As our Technical Account Manager, you will join the Industry Partner Services team & manage a portfolio of our strategic Industry Partner accounts. You will also onboard our new Industry Partners to our authoring product & help them through the launch of their first piece of content, Our goal is to deliver high quality professional services to our partners & become their trusted advisors in assisting them to launch high quality content on our platform. This role is very cross functional where you can expect to work with members within our business development, marketing, product, engineering, support & content strategy teams.
