We are looking for a Technical Enablement Developer to join the Product Enablement Team to design build high quality, technically accurate and well-formed technical onboarding, education and hands on labs as well as videos, reference material, infographics & guides as necessary. WorkFusion is a remarkably powerful product and requires both broad & detailed enablement materials to help customers onboard & adopt the platform as well as learn how to grow their usage beyond the initial use case. Success in the role is dependent on prioritizing the customer experience & within that context your ability to do independent / collaborative technical investigation to design and develop self-service and usage-oriented enablement content. This role requires writing in English therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate fluency communicating in English.
Within your first 30 Days you will:
Pass Automation Academy Courses to learn WorkFusion product technical specifics.
Recommend & make changes to the content based on your experience to improve usability.
Shadow a Global Enablement Delivery to observe & document how to translate to self service.
Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners & SMEs on enablement program designs & alignment on the assets that will be developed & the programming to be deployed.
Own the development of the PPTs, Demos, Scripts that are to be productionized into digital assets as well as the hands-on labs, workshops or other experiences as required by the enablement program designs which are signed off with internal stakeholders.
Own the QA, feedback loop, scoping changes & updates to enablement content as necessary as per the company strategy, field & client needs or changes in the product functionality.
Other responsibilities as necessary to support customer facing enablement / education in an effort to build a greater library / suite of self service enablement experiences for our customers.
7+ years working in a SAAS, Cloud or other start-up centric company.
5+ years working on an education, training or enablement team either building customer facing self-service programming or engaging directly with customers through services.
3+ years building direct customer facing assets (PPTs, Scripts, Demos, Workshops, Labs).
Proven aptitude with Java and familiarity with Machine Learning is a plus.
