Casper is seeking a motivated Creative Operations Intern to join the Creative team this summer. This intern will have the hands-on opportunity to learn about the creative, advertising & marketing processes. They will learn about our brand guidelines & best practices, & get to be immersed in our Casper culture. This individual will work closely with the Creative team, & should be comfortable taking on & owning some of their own projects.The ideal candidate is a proactive contributor & highly organized. This is a hybrid role, working an average of up to 3 days per week based at our spacious 3 World Trade Center office & our new Industry City office.

- Project management of creative advertising tasks
- Manage creative processes from briefing to delivery
- Serve as a coordinator & communicator between the creative team & multiple groups within the company
