FanDuels VIP operation is looking for someone who wakes up every day & thinks like one of our VIP customers & wants to make our sportsbook the most appealing place to play at volume. This is a strategic position, which will interact with all facets of FanDuel. We are looking for a person with a genuine passion for the online gambling industry.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Liaise with all areas of the business & identify opportunities & solutions to improve the VIP customer experience
  • Work closely with the CRM, Product, Analytics, Events, Customer Services & Marketing teams
  • Actively engage other areas of the business when highlighting new projects to ensure best practice is followed to deliver intended outcome
  • Own BAU projects as well as identify & initiate new projects across multiple teams
  • Work on team projects & goals alone or lead projects with smaller scope and/or ambiguity
  • Actively seek out feedback from the team, manager, & stakeholders & use it to make informed decisions
  • Identify barriers that would prevent completion of initiatives & propose solutions to resolve these
  • Liaise directly with high value clients to collect feedback & research
  • Has an ambition to learn & improve VIP customer experience

What we're looking for in our next teammate  

  • 3+ years online gaming industry experience preferred
  • Has a high level of empathy towards users goals & tasks
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement across the business & make recommendations for potential solutions
  • Ability to follow steps needed to make proposed solutions a reality
  • Advanced understanding of our VIP users & how they use all of our products
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Expert moderator
  • Confidently communicates decision-making rationale to team members & wider teams
