THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Marketing Associate to help drive our customer retention & marketing initiatives. You will play a key role supporting FanDuels Casino-related retention programs. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Implement campaigns by assisting in the research, planning & execution of Retention marketing initiatives for Casino
  • Coordination of email marketing programs including scheduling, testing, deployment & performance reporting
  • Assist with identifying new & creative email tactics that increase traffic, engagement, conversion & overall customer lifetime value
  • Constantly optimize our programs, looking for opportunities to improve reach & deliverability, optimize channel strategy, & improve operational efficiency
  • Become a systems expert, cultivating extensive knowledge of our marketing tech systems
  • Provide reporting on platform metrics & campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with your Marketing Manager in the development & implementation of educational materials to share CRM best practices for using marketing tools across the group

THE STATS

What we're looking for in our next teammate 

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in email and/or mobile marketing, with experience creating & managing campaigns from start to finish preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • You have used at least one email service provider or push notification tool (preferably Braze)
  • Experience writing copy for emails, push notifications, & in app messages
  • Good knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Good understanding of CRM platform metrics
  • Has a positive attitude & loves opportunities to collaborate with others
  • Strong organizational skills & effective at project management
  • Knowledge of Photoshop preferred
  • An avid sports & gaming fan, & have played FanDuel or competitive products
  • Willing to work nontraditional hours, including weekends & evening shifts
