The Opportunity

As a Regional Manager of People Experience (PX) within the eCommerce Fulfillment Center team, youll lead community managers in facilities across the country, having a direct impact on shaping & creating an unparalleled workplace culture for our fulfillment center associates. Youll guide & support our community managers in the development & implementation of programs for community outreach, celebrations, well-being, diversity & inclusion, recognition, internal communication, amenities & feedback channels.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of 6 directly reporting People Experience Managers within a business segment of our eCommerce fulfillment center network
  • Partner with site leaders to be cognizant of their needs, ensure programs are locally relevant & they exceed expectations
  • Be a strong partner, representative & liaison to people managers & employees at each site
  • Be a compassionate people champion & help make this the best place to work
  • Manage budget & regularly review costs, expenses & value, always finding ways to operate the site as efficiently as possible
  • Maintain strong external vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams; remote leadership a plus!
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & current software programs
  • Experience in a fulfillment center or similar environment is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of time - this is a regional role which will require the leader to visit multiple sites
