Warby Parker is looking for a dynamic research lover to help us better understand the past, present, & future behaviors of Warby Parker consumers. In this role, youll report to the Senior Manager of Consumer Insights & Research & conduct qualitative & quantitative research that helps teams across the company make decisions about the Warby Parker experience. What youll do:


  • Conduct quantitative & qualitative research to answer key questions about our current (and future) customer
  • Translate insights into action, partnering across teams to develop strategic recommendations for Warby Parkers largest business inquiries
  • Represent the voice of the customer, blending data-driven insights with qualitative sources to promote a customer-centric culture 
  • Run research projects that support company-wide initiatives, working closely with business partners to ensure the customer is at the center of strategic decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally to help define Warby Parkers vision services strategy
  • Manage a brand tracker to provide understanding into Warby Parkers brand health & growth progress

Who you are:


  • Equipped with 3-5 years of experience in an in-house or agency consumer insights role
  • Experienced in planning, conducting & analyzing quantitative research studies, including survey & sample design
  • Comfortable running qualitative research studies, like focus groups & interviews
  • Top notch at creating impactful & cohesive research decks
  • A clear, empathetic communicator (both in person & in writing) 
  • Passionate about understanding consumer behavior & attitudes
  • An optimistic, high-energy problem solver
  • Collaborative & excited to work with many different teams
  • Intellectually curious & eager to learn
  • Proactive, adaptable, & comfortable managing shifting timelines & priorities
