Our Patient Services team is at the forefront of the company mission to bring not only affordable prices, but to also deliver the best possible experience for all of our customers. We are a large team of customer service personnel who provides frontline support & manages the operations of our growing customer service & pharmacy teams. We are responsible to ensure that we scale efficient customer & pharmacy services while delivering excellent customer satisfaction scores. 

What Youll Do

  • Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations leadership to define, design & implement a scalable Learning & Development strategy 
  • Manage a team of Learning & Development Associates to ensure that all Pharmacy Operations teams are trained & have the resources to excel & delight our patients 
  • Help achieve Patient Services departmental goals, including reducing onboarding time across all patient-facing teams
  • Regularly meet with leaders across Pharmacy Operations to provide learning metrics & better understand their training needs
  • Implement best practices & learning styles that deliver the highest quality of training
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand & anticipate upcoming product releases that will require training or communications to various teams within Pharmacy Operations
  • Develop & deliver scalable learning solutions for onboarding & continued education for the pharmacy teams
  • Launch & maintain a Learning Management System for all patient-facing teams, allowing content to not only be accessed on-demand, but thoughtfully curated & automated
  • Drive standardization across all learning material & content for Pharmacy Operations 
  • Develop processes to ensure all content remains up-to-date & accurate
  • Implement pathways for Legal & Pharmacy Operations leadership to review & approve content
  • Build a strong relationship with the Quality Assurance team to identify trends, knowledge gaps, & opportunities for reinforcement of training material
  • Foster collaboration, growth initiatives, & enablement within the L&D team 
  • Manage the content curation of Learning & Development Associates to ensure consistency & the highest quality of training content

What Youll Need 

  • Bachelors Degree in Communication, Education or equivalent focus
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant L&D experience
  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare or a related field is a huge plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Previous experience developing & managing learning programs 
  • Strong program management & project management experience, including defining & promoting best practices
  • Ability to build & maintain relationships with staff at various levels of seniority 
  • Thrives working independently, but also able to contribute as a member of a high performing team
  • Exceptional ability to assess needs, develop & deliver appropriate learning solutions
  • Creative, proactive, organized, flexible & results-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate multiple competing priorities 
  • Tech savvy comfortable learning new technologies
