The Sr. Director of Sales, EMEA will play an essential leadership role in leading & directing a team of Sales Executives driving business into new & existing accounts to meet or exceed quarterly & annual new business ARR sales targets, while helping our customers achieve their goals through the use ofTubular solutions.

The role involves leading, mentoring & developing sales team members throughout Sales cycles, strategic planning, selling at the C-level, leveraging technology & improving existing processes. The ideal candidate will be capable & experienced in SaaS leadership, possess a strong acumen around B2B consultative/value-based sales processes, & the initiative & motivation to coach & mentor a team to drive revenues & rapidly gain customers within the markets Tubular serves.
