ABOUT THE ROLE

The Technical Program Manager, Quality Systems & Tools is a key role on the Quality Strategy & Systems team within Pelotons Quality & Safety organization. This role partners with Subject Matter Experts & members of Pelotons Quality & IT teams to develop, support, & improve the systems & tools used by the larger Product Development organization. The right candidate for this role will have demonstrated experience in successfully driving planning, identifying gaps, proposing solutions,and executing improvements in a positive & constructive manner. This role will require strong organization skills, the ability to translate business requirements into workflows, & a strategic bent for helping set prioritization. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Prioritize projects by creating project plans, identifying constraints, providing mitigation plans, & reporting status to key partners
  • Oversee the business side of the management & development of ETQ Reliance, Pelotons EQMS
  • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to outline system requirements & develop process workflows for EQMS & partner system integrations
  • Organize & manage QA & User Acceptance Testing for the implementation of new EQMS modules
  • Assist in developing the strategy & roadmap for all Quality systems & tools
  • Work with business partners & Enterprise IT to identify & select systems & tools to support a closed-loop/end-to-end vision for quality process management
  • Partner with IT to review, prioritize, & track the implementation of all Quality system & tool enhancements
  • Work with the Quality Learning & Knowledge Manager to ensure training programs are in place for Quality systems, & communicate when changes are made to workflows or processes so that training can be updated accordingly

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 4+ years of experience in a TPM, process development, or systems development role 
  • Able to use technology to create a practical & effective system to drive efficiency
  • Experience working with complementary systems: product-lifecycle management systems (experience with Windchill a plus) & enterprise resource systems (experience with Netsuite a plus) 
  • Understands the art of nuance & has strong communication skills with the ability to align other functional leaders & teams around a vision
  • Strong communication & organization skills with the ability to clearly & concisely provide updates to cross-functional teams
  • Able to prioritize & balance multiple projects/deliverables while remaining focused on attention to detail
  • A personable & compassionate teammate whos able to work with a variety of partners
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter dynamic environment
