The Technical Program Manager, Quality Systems & Tools is a key role on the Quality Strategy & Systems team within Pelotons Quality & Safety organization. This role partners with Subject Matter Experts & members of Pelotons Quality & IT teams to develop, support, & improve the systems & tools used by the larger Product Development organization. The right candidate for this role will have demonstrated experience in successfully driving planning, identifying gaps, proposing solutions,and executing improvements in a positive & constructive manner. This role will require strong organization skills, the ability to translate business requirements into workflows, & a strategic bent for helping set prioritization.
