As the Sr. Manager, Integrated Campaigns & ABM at Vimeo, youll lead the implementation & development of our ABM initiatives targeting enterprise businesses who are turning to Vimeo for video marketing & internal communications solutions.
You will work closely with a cross-functional stakeholder group including sales, operations, & demand generation to implement sustainable & effective processes that empower teams to do their best work & drive results. You will plan & build campaigns that help drive awareness, acquisition, & adoption within enterprise businesses, reporting on performance to share data-driven insights.
You will work with stakeholders to orchestrate campaigns across performance channels, email, events, content, social, web, & sales development. Success in this role means that more enterprises than ever are leveraging the power of video for their marketing & internal communications strategies.

What youll do:
- Manage implementation of our ABM programs & software, including internal education & training, phased rollout planning, expectation & objective setting, & communication processes
- Build cross-functional processes with sales, operations, & marketing that facilitates feedback loops & quick iteration on strategy
- Establish & own reporting on ABM campaign performance, including key metrics like engaged accounts, pipeline influence, bookings, & ROI
- Orchestrate integrated campaigns across channels in collaboration with marketing & operations teams
- Understand our users, the reasons they buy, & the market landscape, & turn these insights into effective go-to-market strategies for acquisition & activation
Skills & knowledge you should possess:
- 6+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on driving demand from enterprise buyers with an ABM motion
- Experience with enterprise products that have a self-serve/freemium component
- Extensive knowledge of success metrics, behavioral & demographic targeting, & ROI-driven marketing optimization techniques
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, marketing automation, personalization tools, & CRM, Marketo, Salesforce & 6sense preferred, BI tools such as Looker a plus
- Passion for video, as a marketer you have done video marketing & virtual events, & want to be a part of building next gen tools for these use cases
- Exceptional communicator & effective storyteller who can match the message to the medium & get results
- Naturally operate cross-functionally, & engage both peers & executive audiences in dialogue so everyone can do their best work
