About the position:
Contentsquare is looking for a high-energy, driven Sales Development Representative Team Lead with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude & natural sales management instincts to help lead our US based Sales Development Representatives. The Sales Development team is the first point of contact for our customers & responsible for securing intro meetings for our Account Executives. The SDR team members are creative, passionate, & self-driven team players. You will play a key role as you lead/manage this highly visible & motivated team to achieve individual, team & organizational quotas. This role works closely with the sales & marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation & reports to the Head of Sales Development US.
