What We Need

This is an exciting position for a seasoned Adtech sales leader who thrives on new challenges, working in a fast-paced, agile & entrepreneurial environment. In this role you will lead your team by providing strategic insight, planning & overseeing the operations for all sales activities, as well as develop & enable a national sales team driving innovative, dynamic media offerings & data platform solutions to market.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead a national team of high performing sellers who are educating marketer & agency partners on Yieldmos value proposition
  • Develop & implement successful GTM sales strategies that drives the adoption of Yieldmos dynamic offerings including high impact mobile formats & data platform solutions
  • Develop revenue plan for sales team to ensure growth in all products/services prioritized by the organization & aligned to GTM sales strategy
  • Continually optimize sales focus & organization against an evolving market & adapt as necessary to best align resources
  • Evaluate market changes & appropriately evolve Yieldmo offering value proposition to best meet clients needs in support of team revenue goal attainment
  • Deploy & manage advanced activation strategies via automated platforms across all offerings
  • Develop & maintain new & existing marketer & agency relationships & lead the creation & implementation of strategic partnership
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (ie Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering) to drive & implement cohesive strategies ensuring successful execution & efficient workflow 
  • Leading the team by actively adopting & pushing best practices & enforcing sales operations processes, & play a key role in managing teams opportunity pipeline & goal attainment
  • Represent Yieldmo at conferences & industry events as a speaker & thought leader in mobile advertising
  • Partner with Talent Development team to hire, develop & support sales team in taking Yieldmo offerings to market

Requirements

  • 10+ years professional experience in digital media and/or SaaS/Technology sales experience selling to brands or publishers, combined with 5-7 years of managing national sales team
  • Knowledge expert in programmatic landscape, with strong track record successfully driving related sales strategies
  • Experience bringing data offerings to market, & brings expertise in building team structures  & strategies designed to out-perform the competitive landscape
  • Ability to build & maintain both internal & external relationships
  • Proven closer with strong relationship building skills
  • Successful track record of hiring, developing & leading high performing sales teams in the adtech space who consistently out-perform goals & recognized as industry leading
  • Extremely self-motivated with a strong ability to organize, prioritize & manage others to meet team goals & revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, negotiation & communication skills
