SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

We are looking for an outstanding Enablement professional with demonstrated experience in delivering effective learning content & programs to a sales specific audience.

Reporting to the VP Global Enablement, you will be responsible for the global enablement content & services required to empower the enablement team to deliver outstanding curriculum & experiences across the Pure Storage field organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong enablement foundation, a solid technology background & a good appreciation of the sales process & customer buying behaviors.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the enablement services team
  • Build & manage a content lifecycle process
  • Design & deliver 'The Pure Way' - a consistent experience across all enablement programs
  • Build metrics & report out on program effectiveness
  • Work as part of the Global Enablement leadership team & work collaboratively to improve seller participation & productivity
  • Deliver a modern & effective field communications strategy
  • Manage the Enablement budget
  • Lead the Enablement launch process
  • Manage the Orange Belt enablement program
  • Work with operations to build a best in class technology stack

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 10+ years experience in Field enablement or related role (Marketing, PMM, Sales Operations)
  • Must have experience working in a technology services industry including computer software, SaaS, PaaS or related
  • Results-driven with ability to determine & articulate program effectiveness
  • Extensive hands on experience with CRM tools & dash-boarding
  • Demonstrated experience & success in leadership role
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across the company, including marketing, sales, sales operations & IT
  • BS or BA in a technical or business discipline
