What we do in Performance Marketing: 

 We are a world class Performance Marketing team that manages large scale marketing campaigns across all areas of travel across multiple channels, including but not limited to SEM, Meta Marketing, Display, Social Ads, & Affiliate Marketing. This role will be mainly focusing on Meta Marketing projects, but will also have exposure to the larger team & opportunity to participate in cross-channel initiatives. Our team focuses on maintaining the health of our core hotel business, exploring opportunities in new verticals, & optimizing test infrastructure & price delivery mechanisms.

This is a unique opportunity for a smart, data savvy paid marketing professional to step up to the next level in their career. As an analyst in the team, you will be empowered by data & responsible for conducting analysis & unearthing growth opportunities. You will also be managing A/B tests from design to interpretation, & iterating on tests, learning, & optimizing at scale. By working cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, publisher partners, & internal stakeholders you will be able to drive incremental profit, lead continuous experimentation, grow the business & achieve operational excellence.

  • Design, conduct, analyze, & report on A/B tests for different business functions

  • Manage large global marketing campaigns of different verticals

  • Lead data analysis, identify profit/growth opportunities, & uncover actionable insights

  • Live in the data, & dig up logistical efficiency potentials in price delivery mechanism

  • Work collaboratively with data scientists & engineers to improve tools & automate processes

  • Conduct user funnel/segment analysis to better understand the users, & provider insights for UX improvements

  • Optimize landing page experience by working cross-functionally with product, auction, & content teams

  • Partner with external publishers (Google, Microsoft etc.) & stay abreast of the latest developments in Performance Marketing
     

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a paid marketing analyst for large, complex e-commerce data driven sites.

  • Subject matter expert in Search Engine Marketing platforms. Including Google AdWords, & Bing Ads (among others)

  • Experience in running & interpreting tests for example ad testing, A/B or multivariate

  • Be a problem solver & able to analyze large amounts of data & produce actionable insight.

  • Be result-driven & motivated by revenue & profit targets

  • Be data-driven & analytical

  • Highly organized & a self-starter

  • Enjoy working alongside engineers to develop solutions to business problems

  • Strong communication skills both verbally & in presenting data

  • Experience working on digital marketing campaigns at scale ideally multiple accounts & a global reach

  • Prior knowledge of SQL

  • High level of in-depth proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Advantageous to have exposure to a programming language
