Working within both the Client & Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing our internal tools. Some of them are in-house tools, others are on-the-market softwares (Salesforce, 360 Learning, etc.).
This role requires strong programming & technical capacities: writing clean, functional code on the front- & back-end, as well as testing & fixing bugs or other coding issues, designing & developing APIs, etc). The role also requires you to be business-oriented: you will help design the best processes & methods to increase the teams' efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills & will create innovative technical solutions to respond to the company's ever-changing needs.

OPERATIONS DESIGN & STRATEGY
You will help establish the systems, processes, rhythms, & templates the teams need to run their business on a day-to-day basis. The aim is for us to ensure the teams have the right set of tools for completing work & streamline their workload.
