THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a member of the Sales & Pre Sales team, you work with senior decision makers at admired brands on a mission critical task-helping companies improve in the eyes of their ultimate judges: customers. You work with cutting-edge technology & tackle real business problems. You gain exposure to a wide range of industries & work with great colleagues. You are a critical member of the team & a trusted advisor for our prospects.  You position yourself for many career options, not only in Solutions Consulting or Sales, but also in Marketing, Product Management, & Consulting.

THE ROLE:
The Solution Consultant strategically partners with the Sales organization to shape client programs by:Meeting with business leaders at prospect companies to understand their business goals & articulate Medallia's value proposition.  
Medallia Solutions Consultants regularly meet & shape stakeholders across the client organization, from C-Level executives to frontline employees; CX program owners to stakeholders from Marketing, Operations, & Product or IT.  
Successful Medallia Solutions Consultants must be able to tailor their messaging & impact to any of these audiences. Shape Value Creation for our Clients through presentations, case studies, product demonstrations & proposals
Shape our clients' Customer Experience vision.  This means educating our prospective clients on operational CEM (Customer Experience Management) best practices, articulating stories about how other organizations we've worked with have approached obstacles & challenges, & generally serving as the Operational CEM expert during sales cycles.
Design & scope impactful Customer & Employee Experience programs that transform the client's business & organizational culture
Partner with the sales team on sales strategy & lead first-hand multiple client projects with cross functional teams of the company
