Merchant Foundation Operations is supporting Klarna's merchants during the entire lifecycle with Klarna: starting from the onboarding & throughout the whole journey of being live.
As Merchant Operations Lead you will lead a team of 8-12 specialists as well as be responsible for the delivery of our inbound & outbound support to our merchants in your market. We are looking for a driven, results-orientated individual who is motivated & equipped to improve processes, internal collaboration & inspire people. You will be responsible for following up & delivering on the team's & market's KPI's while running high-quality operations.
You will have a lot of contact with stakeholders internally & externally, & will be reporting to the Region Lead Mid Europe.
