Symphony is seeking a talented Global Account Manager to help grow & develop the existing global client base by actively driving opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell & recommend new applications, workflows, automation & solutions in the workplace.

The right candidate would be part of a broader Global Account Management Team, & work seamlessly with colleagues in Europe, the US & Asia, to provide global coverage to this strategic set of accounts.


Ensure client retention & increase user adoption of Symphony & associated integrations/workflows by working closely with key stakeholders internally & externally.

Increasing touch-points throughout each account, introducing product specialists, senior management, technical account team & client engagement team, to manage client relationships effectively & create partnerships.

Help drive & contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product offering, identifying client pain-points, presenting solutions, monitoring competitive products, analyzing & relaying customer feedback.

Effective logging of all client information - contacts, leads, opportunities etc. in the Symphony CRM system, enabling secure team collaboration between the Symphony teams/regions.

To create forecasts across various client metrics, while monitoring & adjusting regularly to ensure an accurate & timely pipeline is maintained & can be used when presenting to senior management/board etc.

Help train/mentor junior members of the team, & support other teams when required.

Be a Symphony evangelist & ambassador.


Proven experience in a solutions-focused sales / account manager role.

Demonstrate success working with or within Financial services (Bank / Asset Manager /Consultant / Vendor)

Ability to establish relationships with C-level decision-makers of major accounts acrossmultiple markets (product & geographical).

Excellent collaboration & influencing skills with the confidence to build credibility at alllevels of an organization, both internally & externally.

Solid commercial & financial awareness of complex negotiations processes & abilityto close.

A true passion for delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Confident in ability to meet targets & deadlines.
