WorkFusion is looking for PMO Operations Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing ongoing operational assistance to the Services Delivery team in collecting & analysing key project data, building & maintaining operational performance reports, & leading project staffing activities globally. We are looking for a data-driven individual who is self-organized, efficient, communicative & tech savvy.
Plan & allocate resources (internal & partner) on projects, optimizing for strategic priorities & serving the best interests of the company.
Be the single point of contact for all project staffing activities with key partners (EPAM, IBA). Lead meetings to review team start/end dates & size of potential partner bench
Provide on-going operational assistance for internal teams, including maintaining & updating proper information in Salesforce & JIRA. Support leadership requests for reports & performance dashboards.
Assist project delivery managers with subcontractor review & screening session before locking resources on specific positions.
Monitor performance according to key health metrics & find areas for improvements. Optimize team workload & related health metrics to help delivery team reach & sustain operational excellence.
Monitor & control the impact of staffing on project profitability (gross margin).
Identify & minimize risks related to project allocation or potential overlap between several project. Be able to resolve conflict situations together with internal stakeholders (CSM, DM & AE) involved in project delivery.
Document / implement operational best practices / guidelines for key policies & operational procedures.
Collaborate with Account Executives & Customer Success Managers to forecast resource demand & develop delivery team hiring strategy.
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or other related field
2+ years of experience on analytical position (operations, finance, business analysis or resource management)
Experience with JIRA & Salesforce applications will be a plus
Data-driven & analytical mindset. Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency
Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to listen & educate on key operational processes
Excellent verbal & written English
