Field Operations Manager at Peloton In Toronto

FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all employees are required to wear the necessary PPE within the warehouse & while on client deliveries

THE ROLE

As the Field Operations Manager for Peloton, you'll be responsible for:

Oversee all day-to-day operations of Peloton's warehouse, including warehouse & delivery operations, customer scheduling, managing staff & shift scheduling, product inventory, & vehicles.
Hire, onboard, train, oversee, supervise, & manage all staff
Manage & track inventory, integrate sales data with inventory management system
Oversee the assembly & preparation of orders & all warehouse operations
Oversee daily customer delivery scheduling & delivery/assembly operations
Maintain effective communication with the Peloton Operations teams & local retail store teams
Produce & generate reports of deliveries, inventory, & driver information on a weekly basis

REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years of management experience
Strong organizational, logistical, & analytical skills
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Relentless attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot & problem solve
Comfortable with managing a team up to 100 people
Ability to build & lead a highly successful & dedicated team
Have the flexibility to work a varied schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
Have a valid driver's license
Knowledge of warehouse operations & procedures is preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Bachelor's degree preferred
