Job Description

The Digital Campaign Coordinator will assist the Digital Strategy Managers to execute campaigns with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Product Marketing, & Sales, as well as external vendors for paid media placements like sponsored banners, emails, newsletters, & related content.

As part of the Digital team within Marketing, this role will support inbound lead & pipeline generation objectives. There will also be opportunities to work with business development teams & sales territory managers to understand which programs are most successful & drive continuous improvement of future campaigns.


  • Develop campaign subject matter expertise & provide campaign support to cross functional teams

  • Research & identify new B2B technology focused digital advertising opportunities that drive both brand awareness & qualified leads for new & existing customers

  • Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software & services purchases

  • Understand the Conga value proposition across all product lines & be able to articulate it in both written & verbal communications, including campaign emails, lead nurture emails, webinar overviews & ad copy

  • Play a key role in the project management of digital campaigns, supporting the Digital Strategy Managers in ensuring key deliverables are tracked & campaigns are implemented in the planned timeframes

  • Assist with management of the campaign budget & ROI tracking

  • Support Digital Strategy Managers in forecasting, measurement & analyzation of the impact of programs on sales cycles; producing regular reports to demonstrate campaign progress & areas of success

  • Identify gaps based on current KPIs & research & identify new campaigns to fill thosegaps

  • Communicate with product & sales teams in order to gain buy-in, understanding & participation in marketing programs

  • Assist in the development of an account based marketing strategy for companies & organizations not otherwise targeted by Conga's Field Marketing efforts

  • Grow in the knowledge of the latest marketing technologies & tactics & constantly look for new channels & tactics to test

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software

  • A minimum of 2 years of SaaS/on-demand software experience in either marketing or sales

  • Experience with the following tech is highly desired: Salesforce, Pardot, SalesLoft

  • Experience with building or modifying web & landing pages within a CMS such as Wordpress or Drupal or a marketing automation system such as Pardot or Marketo highly desired

  • Be a high-performance team player who can work cross functionally

  • Excellent project management & organizational skills

  • Strong ability to influence others & work collaboratively with other departments

  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to earn trust & respect from sales management

  • Outstanding presentation/communication skills

  • Analytical approach to solving business, marketing & sales problems

  • Able to think outside the box, suggest new ideas, & implement new campaigns

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative & achieve extraordinary results
