With rapid growth in mind, CIC Health seeks a Senior Finance Project Lead to help our corporate finance team & the greater organization using financial modeling & data analysis to make sound decisions about launching & pricing new products.
You will be the primary owner of the financial model, leading deals/transactions, executing pricing analyses for key company decisions, developing work plans, gathering & synthesizing relevant data, building models & developing final recommendations for management. You will report to the VP of Global Finance & will work closely with the Finance & Accounting, Business Intelligence & Growth teams.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK In this role, you will be responsible for: • Fully autonomous financial modeling (responsible for conceptualization, design, execution & accuracy/checking) of new economic models for ventures being considered by CIC Health. • Pricing of new product offerings through new & existing sales channels, with a strong focus on building models for pricing & contract bids for health care services & related fields. • Developing of annual & ongoing budgeting & forecasting, having ownership of the forecast projections with variance analysis at the company & business segment level. • Working closely with CIC's finance/accounting team to integrate financial projections into the accounting & operational management systems. • Using models to make project level go/no go decisions autonomously while also driving discussions & recommendations to executive management on strategy & operational roll out where their input is required. • Actively analyzing data & KPI's in order be prescriptive about future client needs, financial performance & business model changes. • Developing, negotiating & driving partnership opportunities with third parties with an emphasis on decision making where appropriate, otherwise providing recommendations to senior management - excellent business judgment & deal sense.” • Building relationships throughout the company to enable identification of opportunities to drive improvements on current processes for rolling out new ventures & quarterback initiation/implementation of new ideas. • Analyzing financial results to identify revenue & cost trends at both a project & company level.

YOU HAVE • A bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance or business or equivalent work experience (an MBA in any of the aforementioned fields is a plus). • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a consulting, corporate finance or investment banking role. • Demonstrated excellence in working on multiple transactions with tangible results & contributions. • Demonstrated experience in pricing modeling. • Excellent financial modeling & analysis skills • Demonstrated success in a high-growth organization. • Experience in working collaboratively & have comfort working directly with C-level executives.
