Job Mission

The mission of the Product Team is to lead development of the market leading product for Provider Network Management. More specifically the Technical Project Manager implementation is to take ownership of project execution & enable the engineering team to deliver products by providing project planning, organization & clear communication across engineering & stakeholders. 


  1. Project Management
    • Facilitate & lead various scrum ceremonies (i.e., daily standups, retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demonstrations) along with tracking & updating activities (tickets, notes, delivery timelines etc.)
    • Work with relevant stakeholders & internal SMEs to identify, define & document project requirements, scope, timeline, objectives, risks & constraints
  2. Implementation Focus
    • Able to navigate multiple streams of incoming client requirements, compartmentalize them, & partner with the Product team to find / plan solutions.
    • Collaborate with implementation team & clients to provider transparency into engineering progress on solutions 
  3. Enable the engineering team to execute on the roadmap
    • Lead requirements gathering & development of use cases, user stories including acceptance criteria
    • Share context to overall project goals & client needs to engineering team 
    • Manage balance of development between scalable architecture, innovation, reduction of technical debt & bug support
  4. Communicate status clearly: progress, setbacks, & tradeoffs across management & stakeholders
    • Provide consistent, targeted updates to team members across the organization based on their roles & goals
    • Leverage our weekly all-hands meeting & demos as opportunities to communicate updates broadly
    • Hide no problems or risks. Be clear about whats going well & where there are issues with the projects youre managing.

  1. 5+ years as a technical project manager
  2. Must have managed agile development teams for at least 3 years
  3. 3+ years experience with complex products / integrations of B2B software implementations
  4. Scrum master certification is a plus
  5. Experience building SaaS products
  6. Experience creating & presenting process flowcharts, wireframes, & decks to convey ideas internally & to clients & prospects, including C-suite leaders
  7. Familiarity with enterprise software platforms that make use of technologies like workflow, messaging, APIs, relational & nonrelational databases, data warehouses, & business intelligence.
