About the Role:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be critical in enabling Capsules commercial growth & national expansion. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations & Strategy, you will own CRM (Customer Relationship Management) / Salesforce.com implementation, data management, automation of business processes & reporting.

Some of the things youll work on:

  • Create reports that empower customer-facing employees (eg. sales & account management) to make data-driven decisions to maximize growth
  • Create reports that provide insight to C-Suite to enable data-driven decision making
  • Develop & execute processes to ensure appropriate data management, including:
    • Data Governance build validations/rules to ensure all data is structured appropriately upon entry into Salesforce.com & is compatible with other internal systems
    • Data Maintenance organize & maintain commercial roster, prescriber alignments, etc.. to ensure accurate information is disseminated throughout Capsule
  • Administer Monthly/Quarterly Incentive Compensation across all commercial employees
  • Identification of workflow improvements across the commercial organization & implementation of those improvements in Salesforce.com
  • Design & implement scalable infrastructure to effectively enable the launch of Capsule across expansion markets

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience, working in a high growth / high volume business
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong desire to establish yourself as a subject matter expert
  • Experience working with & influencing management level stakeholders
  • Experience working with & ideally leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong process orientation & attention to detail
  • Strong data analysis, modeling, & visualization skills: Salesforce.com, Excel, Tableau or similar
  • Ability to turn complex data findings into concise, digestible, synthesized summaries
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high growth, fast-paced business, ideally in a startup or innovative industry
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams & competing priorities, & manage stakeholders expectations accordingly

Bonus points:

  • Experience in Saleforce.com Administration & Design
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel
