The Social Media Lead coordinates Peloton social media campaigns across all earned social media, including Facebook (brand page, instructor pages, showroom pages), Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, with a specific focus on integrated marketing campaign strategy. The role requires a creative mind with a knack for cross-functional collaboration & a love for process, & someone who can build & deliver winning social & editorial strategy.


  • Serve as strategist & gatekeeper of the Peloton brand on social media, driving the approach & serving as a key point of contact for all marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the marketing team to ensure consistent brand execution across treatments & channels
  • Lead brainstorms with key cross-functional players to improve reach across channels
  • Build social strategy decks for larger campaigns to share out with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling assets (photo, graphic, video, etc.) for key campaigns across each social platform
  • Ensure that our voice is present in other relevant social platforms/channels not owned by Peloton
  • Work with our instructors to bring their own brands to life in social media
  • Develop & own processes around reporting to the broader organization & ensure dissemination of best practices & relevant updates


  • Demonstrated ability developing & executing compelling social strategies for a global consumer brand
  • Passion for social media, including keeping up on new trends & industry standards
  • Proven track record of building, managing, & developing a team of varied strengths
  • Analytic expertise & experience making dispassionate, analytical decisions
  • Robust project management skills, including the ability to multi-task optimally
  • Proven success in developing collaborative relationships to drive tangible results
  • Experience feeding into or crafting creative briefs for social campaigns
  • Self-awareness & willingness to feedback from all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding integrity & ethical standards
