Who You Are:

  • 1-2 Years of experience in Social Media management
  • You love all things content & social media
  • You have a love affair with Facebook, IG, Pinterest, & Youtube
  • You love to nerd out & dig through the numbers - Excel is your close friend
  • Your creative juices are always flowing & you have some photoshop & video editing / production skills
  • Food lover, & are normally planning your dinner right after breakfast
  • Strong communicator off & on paper, with a passion for writing about you guessed it food!
  • Work well within teams & always down to jam for ideas
  • You get stuff done youre a strategic problem solver whos self-motivated, productive, & efficient
  • Impeccable attention to detail & grammar
  • You are performance driven & constantly optimizing everything you do

Bonus points if you:

  • Have your own blog, podcast, or an impressive IG feed
  • Have figured out SEO, & know how to integrate keywords into content
  • Familiar with Falcon, Tailwind, Google Analytics
  • Have above average photoshop skills
  • Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Writing
  • Bilingual in English & Quebecois French
  • Have experience in customer care

What youll do:

As part of the Brand team at our Toronto office, you will be managing our online community & social media channels:

  • Community Management QA
    • Train & onboard community management agents to encourage & nurture engagement on our social platforms
    • Champion the proper use of the HelloFresh brand across all social media channels
    • Monitor customer reviews on Google, Trustpilot, etc. - we love both positive & constructive feedback!
    • Continue building the HelloFresh community with all those micro influencers
    • Our community always talks, so at times we may need you to be on at off hours
    • Crisis management & escalation process when necessary
  • Social Media Management
    • Create, edit, & publish engaging content that is in-line with brand strategy
    • Tell us all whats going on with our Social Media channels, by creating weekly performance reports focused around how we optimize towards our objectives
    • You will be creating design briefs for both local & global design teams
    • Stay on top of trends in social media, food, & pop culture to develop content that will get the HelloFresh community bustling
    • Support product marketing & partnerships through social media efforts
    • Build annual, quarterly, & weekly content calendars
    • Pitch ideas to strategically integrate social in a meaningful way to support marketing & branding initiatives
    • Post, rinse, repeat! You are going to measure it all & constantly learn & optimize on your campaigns
