Were seeking a WorkPlace Membership Account Executive to join our WorkPlace Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business relationships & driving revenue across all properties in the Convene portfolio, in alignment with the company growth strategy. We need someone that can effectively engage with our clients & build meaningful relationships. The WorkPlace Membership Account Executive is based in New York & will report directly to the VP of Workplace Sales.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Convene products & locations
- Rapidly respond to all client inquiries & manage a high volume of inbound leads for membership inquiries
- Work efficiently within Salesforce
- Conduct & coordinate thorough site inspections, virtual tours & demos, client appointments
- Collaborate across multiple departments to complete transactions
- Maintain & grow current & prospective clients & referral partners
- Generate, negotiate & close agreements to client specifications while adhering to internal pricing guidelines
- Maintain thorough knowledge of competitive set & relationships with counterparts
- Prospect clients in downtime; occasionally attend trade shows, receptions, & informational sessions to prospect for new business
- Reach & exceed budgeted goals per month & year
What We Look For:
- High volume sales experience; hospitality, co-working/flex space experience a plus
- Experienced in utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work quickly & flexibly in a dynamic environment

- Located in the New York City metropolitan area & able to work in person in our NY properties on a regular basis
