Position Overview

DoubleVerify seeks a talented, proven & resourceful RVP for our Southern Europe territory to join our existing French sales team. This unique individuals primary responsibility will be to serve as the leader of the Direct Sales team focused on working with the largest agencies & brands across France, Spain, Italy regions. In addition, the RVP Southern Europe is responsible for enhancing & maintaining our relationships with senior stakeholders across our installed client base.  We are looking for a team player that takes initiative, has an entrepreneurial spirit, & knows how to create partnerships & sophisticated agreements that last. This stellar sales leader is someone who has proven experience heading a sales organization focused on revenue growth, evangelizing products, & negotiating commercial agreements. This is an opportunity to lead a hyper-growth division of a company that is transforming the online media industry.

Responsibilities

  • Establish & grow relationships with senior-level decision-makers within the largest Agencies & Brands across the Southern Europe region
  • Build & scale an inclusive culture which helps retain & develop team collaboration & success
  • Drive the Business Strategy for the Southern European region, delivering on the overall Business growth, Revenue goals & Cultural ambition
  • Have a clear Partner First approach, which enables DV to build true tri-party relationships around both Agencies & Client Direct
  • Negotiate & structure Joint Business Plan to drive adoption of DVs services & technology
  • Lead the sales team to drive continuous revenue growth in-territory through New Business acquisition & Partnership activation
  • Manage regional revenue forecasting with precision to the MD EMEA
  • Present DoubleVerifys solutions to key decision-makers within Agencies & Brands
  • Partner with internal support teams to ensure maximum levels of client-facing customer service at the heart
  • Raising Share of Voice - attend industry events & speak as a representative of DoubleVerify to the larger digital marketing industry
  • Travel dependent on customer & business needs

Requirements

  • Stellar sales performance through resourceful execution
  • Excellent understanding of Agency dynamics, how they operate & how/what campaign buying & planning entails
  • Must have extensive contacts at top interactive agencies/brand advertisers (including trading, media, operations, analytics) & have a strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams & planning cycles
  • Must show accountability/ownership through every stage of the client relationship
  • The ability to create partnerships based on value & a talent for consultative selling is required
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques & technologies (platforms, DSPs, exchanges, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline & accurately forecast revenue
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyse & articulate data into a sales proposition a plus
  • Collaborate with multiple internal support teams for smooth campaign execution
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills, both in-person & over the phone
  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferred
  • Ability to speak additional languages is preferred
  • 15+ years experience in internet media/technology sales
