As Terminal's Client Onboarding Director, you will work directly with our recently closed clients to strategically scale an elite engineering team. You will have a select group of clients to onboard & will be responsible for making sure every client is successful during the initial stages of building a remote team with Terminal. You will leverage change management strategies, project management skills, & deep service knowledge to consult our partners on how to best use Terminal to build remote teams. You will act as the liaison between the client & various Terminal functions including business development, talent acquisition, human resources, & finance. This position requires strong client-facing & relationship management skills in order to build strong, successful partnerships between all parties. The position will require travel & expected to be on-site with our clients & is ultimately the main person responsible for the success of a client. This is a senior individual contributor role that will report to the VP of Client Success & Operations.
