WorkFusion is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to support the North American region. As a People Business Partner, you will handle generalist activities & develop employee engagement programs. The People Business Partner will collaborate with senior managers on assessing & implementing talent solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on & strategic levels to cultivate an innovative culture. The ideal candidate will bring creative & effective ideas & solutions to a growing organization. You will focus on onboarding, engaging, growing, & developing our people, as well as adapting cross-organizational HR processes & leading initiatives to best support the region.
Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, & implement appropriate solutions
Provide rigorous data analysis & reporting solutions based on business needs
Drive talent management strategies to support a team's growth & individual development plans
Design & deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale & growth, including org design, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management, & team building to support the team's growth & individual development plans.
Oversee & shape the full employee life cycle, onboarding to off-boarding
Minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role (preferably at a high-growth or software company)
Experience of effective implementation of talent initiatives, tools, & processes
Excellent communication skills & ability to coach employees of various levels
The ability to actively influence the situation, overcome difficulties & achieve results
Strong facilitation skills
Proficient using data to inform programs & decisions
Demonstrated ability to prioritize & complete time sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability handling conflict & eliminating difficult situations
